1 Human Resource Management : Personnel / HRM is a phase of management which is concerned with the human resource of the organizational and individual goals.

HRM means employing people, developing their resources, utilizing, maintaining and compensating their services in tune with the job and organizational requirements.
2 Difference between Personnel Management and HRM : The term human resources is much broader compared to the term personnel either at the macro level or at the organizational level. To be clearer, Personnel mean persons employed or employees of the enterprise. So Personnel Management is management of people employed or management of employees in the organization / enterprise. HR means knowledge, skill, creative ability, talent, aptitude, values, and attitude and believes as the employees of the enterprise.
