Management Aptitude Test - MAT

Introduction
Management Aptitude Test – popularly known as MAT is a national level entrance examination conducted for admission to PGDM / MBA programs offered by various professional colleges and universities in India.
The Centre for Management Services (CMS), a division of All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts MAT at various test centres located in India and abroad. MAT is usually held 4 times in a year – February, May, September and December.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification: The minimum qualification needed to appear for MAT is a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or institute. Candidates appearing for their final year examination can also appear for the test provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.
Minimum marks: The minimum percentage of marks at graduation is not decided by the MAT conducting authority. The institute/university accepting MAT scores decides the minimum percentage of marks for admitting students. For this refer to the prospectus of the particular Management Institute / University.
Age: There is no age limit for appearing in MAT.
