    The Institute was established in the year 2001 at Seetharampuram, Narsapur, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh by The Vasista Educational Society pioneered by Technocrats with varied Industrial and Consultancy experience. The College is housed amidst of lush green fields’ peaceful and serene environment free from pollution and conducive for the pursuit of education. College has a sprawling campus over 25 acres consisting of good infrastructure with Ultramodern facilities.

The Institute is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Majority of the courses offered by the Institution are accredited by National Board of Accreditation(NBA), AICTE, New Delhi in the year 2007 for a period of three years.
